Job Summary:

As a Material Expeditor at Butler America Aerospace, LLC., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production schedules. Your primary responsibility will be to expedite, route, and dispatch materials and parts in accordance with production commitments. You will review the master production schedule to identify potential shortages and alert the relevant authorities to prevent delays. Additionally, you will generate progress reports on schedule status and maintain records of completed orders. Your attention to detail and ability to take proactive measures to expedite materials will be essential in meeting our production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expedite and dispatch materials and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments
• Review master production schedule to identify potential shortages and alert relevant authorities
• Generate progress reports on schedule status and maintain records of completed orders
• Take proactive measures to expedite materials, including repairing damaged material or arranging in-house transportation
