The ideal Culinary Team Member will be able to:

  • Warmly greet and engage with guests in the dining area.
  • Accurately take guest orders and handle transactions.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and pleasant environment for guests and team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with Delivery Partners.
  • Maintain cleanliness by performing general cleaning tasks such as wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.

The successful Kitchen Service Team Member will be able to:

  • Provide information about menu items and current promotions.
  • Prepare ingredients and menu selections.
  • Restock supplies and maintain workstations.
  • Utilize kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, grills, and other food preparation tools.
  • Keep the work area clean by completing general cleaning tasks, including wiping surfaces, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years old. No prior experience necessary.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to read and understand safety guidelines, operating instructions, and training materials.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • Must maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with coworkers and guests.
