Job Summary:

The Overnight Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment
  • Properly dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products
  • Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager
  • Follow the Lost and Found Policy and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager
Requirements:
  • Custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to work overnight hours (10:00pm to 6:00am)
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
  • Ability to work third shift
  • Honesty and exceptional work ethic
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required
Physical Demands:
  • Continual standing and walking during shift
  • Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift
  • Must be able to occasionally lift over 75 pounds
  • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
