Our associates typically earn an average of $21/hr, including commission.

Position Overview:
Our team members are dedicated to achieving our objectives and surpassing expectations. Following an initial period of PAID TRAINING, you will discover how we strive to provide the best retail training experience. You will support your colleagues as you all progress together. Internal advancement and professional development are fundamental to our success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Completion of all new hire training requirements is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work during standard retail hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Must be proactive in engaging with customers.
- Follow up with previous clients.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
- Availability to work during holiday blackout periods.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
