Fanatics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales revenue, and maintaining retail standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring fans have an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans
  • Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience
  • Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail
  • Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Fanatics Brand and Team/League are always positively represented
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age, High School graduate or equivalent
  • Past experience working in retail or sales preferred
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work extended hours on game days and during events
What We Offer

Fanatics offers a competitive salary range of $20.00-$21.00, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
