Job Summary
This position involves general labor with various responsibilities crucial to the daily operations of the erosion control division at Greenrise Technologies. The Crew Lead will oversee the physical installation of erosion control measures, including silt fences, inlet protection, slope matting, and other services on both residential and commercial properties.
The Crew Lead is tasked with following directives from the Field Manager to ensure work is completed efficiently. Daily tasks may involve the use of vehicles, hand tools, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Review the daily work schedule with crew members each morning.
• Assist in loading trucks with necessary installation materials.
• Represent Greenrise Technologies professionally to clients and homeowners.
• Complete all erosion control tasks to a high standard of excellence.
• Adhere to all safety protocols related to vehicles, equipment, and site conduct.
• Direct and install erosion control products as per the Field Manager's specifications.
• Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure timely production.
• Meet daily and weekly installation goals for silt fences.
• Maintain and inspect vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Report important information and incidents through the proper channels.
Qualifications & Standards
• Strong leadership abilities with 1-3 years of supervisory experience.

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
