OBJECTIVE:
The primary role of the Customer Service Associate is to uphold the mission of Uncle Joe's Pizzeria. Key responsibilities include greeting all patrons entering and exiting the establishment, taking orders in person or via phone, accurately processing all sales transactions, coordinating pickup orders, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This position often serves as the initial point of contact for customers, making it essential to create a welcoming atmosphere.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Foster an environment that consistently delivers exceptional service to our guests.
  • Greet all customers as they arrive or depart from the establishment.
  • Process all orders efficiently.
  • Handle cash, gift card, and credit card transactions with accuracy.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and take orders, providing recommendations when appropriate.
  • Prepare salads, beverages, and condiments for takeout orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service counter and entrance area at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience with cash handling is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • Dependable attendance and work ethic are required.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Restock beverages, food items, or other merchandise as needed, ensuring proper inventory rotation.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the business needs.
