Driver and Passenger Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Driver and Passenger Care Specialist. As a Paratransit Driver, you will be responsible for operating assigned vehicles in a safe, reliable, and professional manner, while being courteous, patient, and helpful to all passengers. This includes collecting fares, answering passenger questions politely and accurately, ensuring a comfortable and safe trip, and abiding by all traffic regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Collect fares from passengers.
- Answer passenger questions politely and accurately.
- Ensure a comfortable and safe trip for all passengers.
- Abide by all traffic regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with proper classification or obtain same by the end of the training program.
- No previous professional driving experience required.
- No operator's license suspensions in the past five years.
- Pass pre-employment DOT physical including a drug screen.

- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
