Job Title: Shuttle Operations Specialist

We are looking for a reliable Shuttle Operations Specialist to join our team at Asheville Ford Lincoln.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job:

  • This position involves coordinating shuttle operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of customers.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting passengers in and out of the shuttle while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will need to handle unexpected situations and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • You will also be responsible for notifying the service manager of any necessary servicing for the shuttle vehicle.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record are must-haves.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork skills, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is also required.
