About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at St. Vincent de Paul CARES. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Plant Operations in maintaining the overall efficiency and safety of our facilities
  • Perform lawn maintenance and upkeep of grounds
  • Strip and wax floors as directed
  • Utilize a range of skills including carpentry, plumbing, roofing, air conditioning, electrical, and painting in daily activities
  • Participate in special maintenance projects as needed
  • Contribute to the upkeep of client rooms by repainting, repairing, and preparing rooms for new admissions
Additional Responsibilities
  • Comply with all applicable training requirements
  • Adhere to company safety, personnel, and operational policies and procedures
  • Meet work schedule requirements to ensure effective operations of Agency programs
  • Contribute positively as a member of a productive and cooperative team
  • Perform other duties as necessary to fulfill the St. Vincent de Paul CARES Mission
