Join Lakeshore Employment Inc. as a Maintenance Technician and be responsible for performing repairs and general maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, and painting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Physically examine the property on a regular basis to identify maintenance needs.
- Manage repairs and maintenance with vendors, ensuring the proper care of the property.
- Maintain pools, landscaping, utilities, roads, signage, clubhouse, and other community infrastructure elements.
- Supervise outside contractors working on the property.
- Adhere to all maintenance and purchasing directives, including property inspections, maintenance assignments, utility system readings and controls, landscaping and grounds, safety, and special maintenance items.
- Prepare inventory homes for sale or rent.
- Troubleshoot any needs for the property.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Minimum of two (2) years general experience in building trades, plumbing (interior and exterior required), repair and replacement maintenance or handy work.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
- Ability to use email.
- Must have a valid driver's license with 3 years of good driving history.
- $19.00/Hour (Based on experience) plus up to 5% quarterly bonus and housing discount.
