Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing entry-level general labor and site utility work for commercial and residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Construction Sites

Ensure construction sites are safe and free from hazards by cleaning and preparing the area.

Assist Crew Members

Support crew members with construction work as required, including loading, transporting, and unloading tools, materials, and equipment.

Perform Site Utility Work

Dig trenches, remove, fill, or compact earth, and mix ingredients to create compounds for covering or cleaning surfaces.

Complete Administrative Tasks

Accurately complete all required company documentation and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Education

A high school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education is required.

Experience

Less than one year of construction, maintenance, or labor experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

The ability to use hand tools is essential.

Soft Skills

Strong verbal communication skills, ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions, and ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.

Physical Requirements

The ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing, and to work in various settings with moderate to loud noise levels is necessary.
