Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service in a friendly and welcoming environment, prioritizing their needs and building strong relationships.
  • Store Operations: Perform day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, cash management, and general store upkeep to maintain a high standard of appearance and cleanliness.
  • Sales Growth: Communicate regularly with area DSCs to meet and exceed sales goals, and contribute to sales growth by participating in product knowledge classes and other training opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current with market trends, make product recommendations, and drive sales by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
  • Point of Sale Transactions: Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, balance cash drawer daily, and properly process returns and discounts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Positive Attitude: Possess a cheerful working attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Retail Experience: Have prior retail sales experience and a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
  • Beauty Industry Knowledge: Have a passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of haircare products and services.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work well independently and with others, and thrive in a fast-paced workplace with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Enjoy problem-solving and have a strong ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Be familiar with POS systems and have the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Schedule and Availability: Be able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays if needed, and have reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing and Walking: Stand and walk for 8 hours per day.
  • Lifting: Lift up to 30 pounds.
