Job Summary

Cantex is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of patient care services and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending physicians.
  • Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders.
  • Evaluate and implement patient care plans, and direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.
  • Ensure patient care management systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
