Overview:
The West Virginia Department of Education is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Night Instructor for our Phlebotomy program. This role requires a current certification in the relevant instructional area.
Responsibilities:
The selected instructor will be responsible for:
1. Organizing the curriculum and guiding the instructional delivery.
2. Directing learning activities and assessing student progress to ensure mastery of essential competencies.
3. Maintaining precise records of attendance and participation hours.
4. Submitting detailed lesson plans for each instructional unit.
5. Establishing an advisory council comprising local industry representatives to provide updates and insights throughout the program duration.
Requirements:
The instructor must adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and policies. Collaboration with the MCTEC Director and Evening Staff is essential for program success.
Compensation:
The instructor will receive a competitive pay rate of $30 per hour.
