At Chico's, we're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting a customer-focused sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and maintain pricing and visual standards.
  • Ensure a great customer experience and maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed by Management.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing.
