Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction while driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, patient care, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other healthcare departments.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
  • U.S. pharmacy related experience.
