About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a professional who is passionate about the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including design, construction, and implementation.
  • Carry out detailed design and analysis of civil engineering projects.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare reports, designs, and drawings using CAD software.
  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
  • Provide technical advice and solve problems on site.
  • Assess potential risks and provide solutions where necessary.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology.
  • Ensure all work carried out is in compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in site development.
  • Proficient in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of design and construction procedures, laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
