We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Harvest Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our harvest season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation of grain elevators, including dumping trucks and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Conduct grain sampling, testing, and grading to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our harvest season.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
