Key responsibilities of our Social Worker will include:

  • Performing functions of service coordination, ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet the standards established by the state's quality assurance team.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Maintaining current state licensure.
  • Possessing and maintaining valid Connecticut licensure or certification per CT State Birth to Three professional regulations.
  • Master of Social Work from an accredited school required.
  • Valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
