Sanitation Supervisor

Sazerac Company is seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. As a Sanitation Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and housekeeping in our food manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sanitation procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Train and educate employees on sanitation and cleaning techniques, and ensure they understand the importance of sanitation in food manufacturing.
- Manage the inventory of sanitation supplies and work with 3rd party cleaning contractors to ensure cleaning schedules are achieved and the quality of service meets expectations.
- Conduct daily audits of the facility to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
- Collaborate with production areas to identify key sanitation and housekeeping improvement areas and drive process improvements.
- Ensure the facility is always audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Change Management experience.
- Food Safety Certification or proven experience working with Global Food Safety standards.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall.
- 2 years ISO/HACCP implementation/management experience.
