Job Overview

The Bakery Production Associate engages in various responsibilities within a manufacturing setting, which includes filling, wrapping, and packaging baked goods while strictly following food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operates and oversees the continuous production line
  • Switches between tasks such as operating the filler machine, wrapper machine, packing boxes, and stacking boxes
  • Conducts visual inspections of products to ensure quality and quantity
  • Reports any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor or manager promptly
  • Understands and adheres to all safety protocols relevant to daily operations
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment by following established safety policies and procedures
  • Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and colleagues
  • Complies with Aramark and OSHA safety regulations, including proper food safety and sanitation practices
  • Safeguards company and client assets

Qualifications


• Previous experience in bakery production or a related field is preferred

• Proven knowledge of bakery production techniques and standards

• Familiarity with food safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage

• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification

• Demonstrates basic mathematical and counting abilities

• Requires repetitive motion with hands and arms

• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift.

This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Additionally, this role may require the use of uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
