Position Summary:

We are in search of a Hospitality Host/Hostess to contribute to a lively, dynamic, and inclusive workplace. This role is centered around fostering a work environment that is Fast, Fun, Friendly, and Professional, with an emphasis on outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

While flexibility in scheduling is appreciated, weekend shifts are typically not required. The position necessitates in-person engagement and prioritizes delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to clients and participants.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive service to clients on-site, ensuring a premium hospitality experience.
  • Welcome participants and clients, cultivating a friendly yet professional relationship.
  • Examine project materials for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Participate in audio and video recording tasks.
  • Carry out additional administrative, reception, and hospitality responsibilities as needed.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities to foster a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Capability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in Hospitality, Hosting, Hotel or Wait Staff, Market Research, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience in administrative or hosting roles is highly regarded.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
