About the Role:

As a Maître d', you will be responsible for leading a team of hosts, coat check, and door staff to deliver exceptional guest service, while also contributing to the overall success of the restaurant through effective planning, organization, and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and timely food preparation.
• Manage conflicts and issues in a professional and diplomatic manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in leadership and team management roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
