  • Mechanical Repairs: Conduct repairs on various equipment including pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain daily logs, assess equipment for potential issues, and document all maintenance activities thoroughly.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance routines and assist in the implementation of new projects.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and standards associated with plant maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Significant background in mechanical repairs and plant maintenance is essential.
  • Skills: Proficient in leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to manage scheduled maintenance effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be capable of wearing a respirator and regularly lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in various positions including overhead work, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders.
  • Exposure to mechanical components, dust, noise, outdoor conditions, and chemicals is expected.

Note: A valid Driver's License is mandatory.
