Healthcare Leader for Neonatal ICU

MUSC seeks an exceptional Healthcare Leader to join our Neonatal ICU team. As Assistant Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of patient care.
ResponsibilitiesWith minimal supervision, you will work closely with the Nurse Manager to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in assigned areas. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving optimal department, Integrated Clinical Centers of Excellence (ICCE), and Medical Center goals.
Requirements- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited college/university; Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in lieu of BSN required;
- Three years related work experience as a registered nurse required;
- Extensive knowledge of the unit's patient population, health care trends, community, and regional resources;
- An ability to establish working relationships with diverse groups and individuals, medical staff, and other healthcare disciplines;
This is a full-time position that requires rotating shifts and occasional overtime. You will be expected to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected, in one eye or with both eyes, and possess good peripheral vision capabilities.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. MUSC offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
