Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst Sr to join our Tempus Technologies organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes.
  • Direct business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results.
  • Identify and document all system constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system changes.
  • Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues for a specific business group.
Requirements
  • Experience as a business analyst or process analyst.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Process-driven mindset.
  • Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, design models, and workflow diagrams.
  • Working knowledge of systems integration modeling, structured, and agile software development methodologies.
  • Ability to solve problems and provide alternative solutions.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Confluence/Jira/Atlassian tools.
