Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Analyst to join our team at Tech Tammina. As a key member of our financial systems team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Financials solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient, well-structured, and well-documented technical solutions for SAP Financials (FI)
  • Provide SAP support for global install base, performing required system configuration, testing activities, and change management
  • Analyze and document business flow from end to end, as well as document designs and communicate code requirements to the ABAP development team
  • Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement through enhanced or new application functionality
  • Research and propose alternative or improved solutions, including costs and benefits
  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration that meet overall business requirements
  • Lead enhancement, upgrade, and integration projects independently in GL, AR, AP, and banking areas, including development and management of project plans
  • Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing support, including development of training and job aids
  • Develop documentation for systems and processes
  • Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and regression test plans, and perform unit testing as required
  • Responsible for global production support within SAP ECC
  • Provide project support for SAP S/4 as a subject matter expert
  • Mentor, coach, and develop employees at various levels of the company

Requirements:

  • Strong accounting background
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in a related field
  • At least 8+ years of hands-on configuration experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4, FI
  • At least 3 full life cycle implementations experience in FI
  • Strong configuration experience in payment run setup, electronic bank statement, EDI payment process, new house bank, lock box set, and bank accounts setup
  • Strong business process knowledge in Financials, Controlling, and Treasury
  • Ability to create unit and integration test scenarios
  • Experience with SAP Data Migration and Interfaces
  • Ability to lead and execute data conversion process
  • Strong MM and SD integration experience
  • Thorough understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable business process
  • Self-starter with ability to deliver and be adaptable in understanding functional and technical requirements
  • Strong desire to configure SAP software to meet business requirements
  • Results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and able to work hard, both independently and in a team environment
  • Participate in user functional and technical specification creation
  • Ability to analyze user needs and architect complete solutions
  • Ability to analyze and understand current custom functionalities implemented in SAP
