Marketing Assistant Job Description

Lifelong Access is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and developing engaging content to promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics
  • Design and create marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and graphics, to promote our brand and events
  • Research and write blog posts, articles, and other content to showcase our expertise and thought leadership
  • Coordinate and schedule videos, interviews, and photographs to support marketing efforts
  • Represent Lifelong Access in the community, including attending networking events and tabling events
  • Assist with event advertising, preparation, and execution, including nights and weekends as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with social media platforms and content management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create engaging content
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Valid Illinois driver's license and safe driving record
