Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied.
  • Product Preparation: Use scale printer machines to ensure accurate weights and pricing, and monitor product pricing, signage, and placement to maintain a visually appealing store.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and direct the activities of the bakery department and its personnel to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly bench, production area, storage area, and walk-in coolers and freezers to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Order Fulfillment: Take customer orders, ensure orders are completed on time, and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Decorating and Baking: Assist decorators and bakers with personalization of cakes and icing of cakes, donuts, sweet rolls, etc.
