Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation and patient recovery.
- Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery and improve functional abilities.
- Evaluate the effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress to the healthcare team.
- Record and document patient care services, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care and provide a comprehensive rehabilitation experience.
- Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association, or a foreign-trained equivalent.
- Licensed by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance or accepted for licensure within six months from date of employment.
- Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Ability to handle physical workload and build rapport with patients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong leadership qualities.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year.
