Area Director-Physical Therapist

Rancho Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Director-Physical Therapist to lead our team of physical therapists and support staff in providing high-quality patient care and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services
- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services
- Collaborate with clinicians, office managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, payers, and other external stakeholders to ensure optimal patient care and revenue growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care
- Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California or accepted for licensure by official date of hire
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in physical therapy or a related field, with a strong background in leadership and management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
