Responsibilities:
  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
  • Provide patient education and support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Assist with infection control and sterilization procedures
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Dental Assistant in the state of NJ
  • Valid dental radiologic technology license issued by NJ Department of Environmental Protection
  • CPR certification
  • Graduation from an accredited Dental Assistant Program
