Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers on the showroom floor, providing personalized service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Accept and process customer payments, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Direct customer opportunities to the Sales Manager, focusing on service and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the customer transaction counter, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the showroom, including cleaning, organizing, and merchandising products.
  • Participate in regular mailing campaigns to drive revenue and collaborate with the Sales Manager on sales strategies.
  • Input customer information for new lease agreements, updating records as necessary.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate team member and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, contributing to the success of the team.
  • Process order forms and references, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • File and maintain customer folders and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Ability to work a schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
  • High energy and ability to effectively perform all functions of the store, multitasking efficiently.
  • Ability to assist with lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly.
  • General product knowledge preferred.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Proficient computer skills and telephone etiquette.
  • Strong sales skills in person and via telephone.
  • High level of energy in the workplace.
