PrideStaff is currently seeking multiple candidates to fill General Labor/Assembly positions with our manufacturing client in the University Park area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for individuals with experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment to join our team. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will be responsible for assembling wheels and other components to paint units using air tools, a nut driver, screwdriver, hammer, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble wheels and other components to paint units using air tools, a nut driver, screwdriver, hammer, etc.
  • Package and wrap finished units and prepare them for shipment using various packaging materials, a banding spool and crimper, and/or a heat shrink gun
  • Operate a manual pallet jack
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Experience with hand/power tools
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
  • Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
  • Ability to read and understand simple parts drawings
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • MUST have steel-toe boots
  • Must be able to work OT and Saturdays as needed

Compensation:

$16.00 per hour
