Job Overview

Elite Sourcing LLC is partnering with a reputable accounting firm to find a highly skilled Tax Supervisor to lead their tax compliance and advisory services team. As a Tax Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing tax compliance, managing a team of tax professionals, and ensuring accurate and timely tax filings for clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional looking to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact. The ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of tax regulations and laws, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Oversee tax compliance and advisory services for clients.
  • Review and sign off on tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior tax staff.
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to support client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist with tax planning and strategy development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Experience managing and supervising a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in tax software and MS Excel.
