Job Summary

Penn Power Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team in Fleetwood. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring accurate and efficient parts transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process parts transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our Paragon software and AS400 systems.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product lines, applications, and inventory management procedures.
  • Assist with direct customer contact, promoting product sales and customer relations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of equivalent experience in a parts department or related field.
  • Excellent product knowledge, administrative skills, and inventory management experience.
  • Demonstrable customer service skills, including 2 years of previous parts department experience.
  • Excellent telephone skills and previous experience with Paragon software and AS400 systems.
