Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to promote healing and function
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
