Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and affiliated students.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients referred to the rehabilitation services team, completing initial evaluations and making recommendations for treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve established goals, collaborating with the patient care team as needed.
  • Provide supervision to PTAs and affiliated students, ensuring they meet established guidelines and protocols.
  • Participate in mentoring programs and contribute to the growth and development of the rehabilitation services team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A Physical Therapist License in the State of Massachusetts.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Acute care experience is preferred, but not required.
