Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Charge Nurse to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional nursing skills and knowledge, and serve as a role model for other nursing staff.
  • Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and ensure that care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Supervise and Develop Staff: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to nursing staff, and participate in the development and implementation of staff training programs.
  • Manage Medications and Supplies: Ensure that medications and supplies are managed in accordance with facility policies and procedures, and that residents receive their medications in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and Report Concerns: Recognize and report any concerns or issues related to resident care, and participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Must have a diploma or associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program.
  • Licensure: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • Experience: Must have at least 2 years of experience as a RN in a skilled nursing facility.
