DaVita is a clinical leader in the dialysis industry, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at one of our outpatient dialysis centers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients who are dealing with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. You will be responsible for overseeing a group of patients, conducting patient observations, measuring vital signs, and setting up dialysis machines. You will also work collaboratively with our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to provide exceptional care to our patients.

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of $ $73,000 - $90,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out, and access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

To succeed in this role, you should have an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N). You should also have ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg experience, as well as certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Dialysis Nursing (CDN).
