About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a Psychiatrist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, nurses, mental health counselors, social workers, and occupational therapists.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to adults in an outpatient setting
- Participate in rotating call coverage and weekend call coverage is optional
- Precept residents/medical students and participate in medical education
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist or soon eligible
- Connecticut licensed, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) or soon eligible
