Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management:
    • Create staffing schedules and manage absences
    • Orient new team members and prepare HR-related forms
    • Resolve employee issues and concerns
    • Manage disciplinary and termination activities
  • Training:
    • Ensure care providers understand policies and procedures
    • Select relevant training for in-home care providers
    • Oversee competency evaluation of care team
  • Customer Service:
    • Coordinate with supervisor and business development staff
    • Assign care providers to clients based on their needs
    • Regularly review care plans and client needs
  • Client Accounts:
    • Utilize EMR system for new client accounts and care plan changes

Requirements:

  • Home care or related experience required
  • 1 year management experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership and diplomacy skills

Physical Demands:

  • Lift up to 25 lbs
  • Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals
