About the Company: CIS&H INC is a Group Home Health Care Company that seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper Coordinator to support our CEO and collaborate closely with our external CPA.

Job Description: The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to work effectively and closely with senior management and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice generation and payment collection.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal tax regulations.
