- Evaluate and provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes or facilities, utilizing your expertise to assess and treat disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective treatment.
- Administer and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide instruction and training to patients in the use of alternative communication systems when necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology, and possess a current and unrestricted license to practice.
