At Inficare, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.

This role is responsible for reviewing and data entering incoming Domestic Event Certificates for registration. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all records are accurately processed and digitally imaged, and placed in the correct image repository.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

The estimated salary for this position is $71,351 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process incoming Domestic Event Certificates for registration
  • Data enter information into our system
  • Digitally image and store records in the correct repository
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
