Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and refine cybersecurity training programs tailored for employees and stakeholders to foster a culture of security awareness.
  • Create and facilitate engaging training sessions, both online and in-person, covering essential topics such as social engineering, data protection, and phishing awareness.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify current security threats and the specific training needs of various departments.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to assess training requirements based on evolving threats and regulatory changes.
  • Initiate and promote security awareness campaigns to encourage proactive reporting of suspicious activities.
  • Lead incident response initiatives by coordinating with IT, security, legal, and other relevant teams to effectively manage security incidents.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive incident response plans and communication strategies to ensure a prompt and organized response to cyber threats.

Required Skills and Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science or cybersecurity.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity training and incident management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to devise effective strategies for complex security challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to varied audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on security best practices.
  • Familiarity with incident response tools and threat intelligence is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
