Primary Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Primary Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team at Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Westchester.
About the Role:- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with eating disorders.
- Serve as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
- Participate in discharge and aftercare planning to support clients' long-term recovery.
- Model a healthy relationship with food and provide therapeutic meal support.
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field.
- State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field.
- Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is preferred.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Westchester is a primary eating disorder day treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.
