Bartender Job Description

At The Leta by Hilton Tapestry Collection Hotel, we're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our F&B Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a well-stocked bar, including requisitioning and stocking of beer, wine, spirits, and other essentials.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, using standard recipes and portion control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, and taking orders with precision.
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
