We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Services Manager to join our team at Marshfield Medical Center. As a key member of our pharmacy leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring excellence in patient care, patient safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct the pharmacy team, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other personnel.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the pharmacy team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Doctorate preferred.
- Two years of experience as a pharmacist; Five years of experience as a pharmacist and Two years of pharmacy management experience preferred.
- Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCAP) or the Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialists (BCPS) certification through the Board of Pharmacy Services (BPS) within two years of hire; at time of hire preferred.
